The only official channel to purchase tickets to Grafton Jacaranda Festival events is though our ticketing partner INTIX.

Scammers may attempt to sell fraudulent tickets, or multiple copies of a legitimate ticket. Holders of these tickets will unfortunately be denied entry to the event.

The only official way to sell and purchase resale tickets is through the INTIX website. All tickets available via the INTIX resale facility are originally purchased Grafton Jacaranda Festival tickets. Once your purchase is approved you will be issued tickets with a new barcode so the previous buyer no longer has a valid ticket.

Events held at the Saraton Theatre will be ticketed by the Saraton Theatre Box Office.
