COVID-19 Safety

The Grafton Jacaranda Festival follows an approved COVID safe plan to ensure the safety of the community, our members, event attendees, and preventing the spread of the disease. The following outlines our key practices, however as they may change from time-to-time in line with government health advice, please check back regularly.

Check-In

Patrons will be required to self-regulate, and check-in to each event using available QR codes upon entry

Face Masks

Are optional – but do expect to see masks being worn by some members of staff, including; COVID-19 Marshals, volunteers, waste management, entry gates & JacaHQ staff

Sanitser Stations

Patrons will be required to self-regulate, and sanitise at available stations regularly

Social Distance

Patrons will be required to self-regulate, and maintain a 1.5 metre distance where possible. If you can't keep a 1.5 metre distance, wear a mask

Cashless

In order to minimise contact as much as possible, we will be cashless at JacaHQ and Cooper's Bars

This does not refer to independently run market stalls, amusements and food vendors. ATMs are available along Prince Street
