FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION

The 2022 Grafton Jacaranda Festival will be held from Friday 27 October to Sunday 5 November.

 

The majority of festival events will take place at the entertainment precinct in Market Square which includes a licensed area, seating for 600 plus people and grass area for guests to bring their own chairs and picnic blankets. Major FREE concert will be standing room only for 1000's.

There are 13 FREE community and visitor events taking place in Market Square over the 10 days. We encourage you to set up for the entire 10 days.  Only a small amount of vendors will be eligible to trade to make it worth your while. You do have the option to select which days you wish to trade if your not available for all 10 days.

 

Site fees include after hours security in Market Square over the 10 x trading days.

 
Food Vendor Requirements

  • Vendors requiring power must have a minimum of 50m extension power cords 

 

  • Jacaranda Thursday - All set up vehicles must be off site and no vehicle movement after 6am 

 

  • Vendors to state exact depth and width measurement of their required site in the application

 

  • Menu to be supplied of all items that vendor is selling in the application

 

  • Image of the food vendor store must be uploaded to the application

 

  • Grafton Jacaranda Festival Inc requires each vendor to have $20M Public Liability Insurance and details must be supplied with the application
