FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION

The 2021 Grafton Jacaranda Festival will be held from Saturday 30 October to Sunday 7 November.

 

The majority of festival events will take place at the entertainment precinct in Market Square which includes a 900 square metre marquee, 1200 square metre fenced licensed area, seating for 600 plus people and grass area for guests own chairs and picnic blankets.

There are 13 events taking place in Market Square over the 9 day period. We encourage you to set up for the entire 9 days.  Market Square will be securely fenced and locked when no events are on with security in place. Only a small amount of vendors will be eligible to trade to make it worth your while.

 
Food Vendor Requirements 

  • Vendors requiring power must have a minimum of 50m extension power cords 

 

  • Jacaranda Thursday - All set up vehicles must be off site and no vehicle movement after 6am 

 

  • Vendors to state exact depth and width measurement of their required site in the application

 

  • Menu to be supplied of all items that vendor is selling in the application

 

  • Image of the food vendor store must be uploaded to the application

 

  • Grafton Jacaranda Festival Inc requires each vendor to have $20M Public Liability Insurance and details must be supplied with the application
